Refund Policy
Obex provides digital products and software access that are delivered electronically.
Because digital products may be delivered immediately after purchase, we do not normally provide refunds for change of mind once delivery or access has begun.
This does not affect your statutory rights. If a digital product is faulty, materially different from its description, cannot be supplied, or you are otherwise legally entitled to a remedy, please contact us and we will review the issue.
Duplicate or accidental payments may also be refunded where confirmed.
If you believe there is a problem with an order, please contact us before opening a payment dispute so that we have an opportunity to investigate and resolve the issue.
